Overview
This policy describes the NorthPin Technologies corporate website at northpintech.com. CampusPin has its own website and policies; visit CampusPin directly for information about its services.
Information you choose to share
When you use the contact form, this website sends your name, email address, optional organization, inquiry type, subject, and message to NorthPin through an authenticated email service. The website does not keep a contact-message database. Email correspondence is then handled through the mail services involved. To reduce form abuse, the server temporarily keeps a keyed identifier derived from the request IP address for rate limiting; old records are removed after about a day.
If hosting or analytics services are added, they may process technical information such as IP address, browser type, and request data. NorthPin must document the actual services and retention practices here before publication.
